The J.A.Y. Foundation exists to empower administrators and educators in the promotion of effective, positive and innovative learning environments through professional development and coaching. Upon completion of training, teachers will know how to arrange classroom ecology, teach to expectations (Danielson Domains 1 & 2), refocus behaviors, and give unconditional positive regard.
